NurseKind AI, LLC ("NurseKind") is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to ensure we provide equal access to all users.

ACCESSIBILITY STANDARDS
NurseKind AI is designed to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the industry standard for web accessibility.
Our goal is to ensure that our Platform is accessible to users with:

Current Limitations
- Audio waveform visualizations may not be fully accessible to screen reader users (working on text-based alternatives)
- Some complex data visualizations in analytics dashboard being enhanced with accessible data tables
- PDF reports being updated to tagged PDF format for screen reader compatibility

- Enhanced keyboard shortcuts for power users
- Additional color theme options (high contrast, dark mode)
- Customizable interface for users with cognitive disabilities
- Live transcription option for audio playback (currently post-processing only)
