Built by a nurse educator who spent years rebuilding the same accreditation evidence by hand
NurseKind AI scores each encounter against your rubric and links it to your outcomes as it happens, so the evidence is already there when your accreditation review is due.
Close the evidence gap
Most programs can show that communication is in the curriculum, but few can show a scored, timestamped record of what a student actually said. NurseKind AI is that record: any recorded conversation, in the skills lab, in simulation, or on placement, scored against your rubric and linked to your program outcomes.
Faculty set the standard. The platform documents it, without a faculty observer in the room for every encounter.
NurseKind AI serves baccalaureate and graduate nursing programs, college nursing programs and hospital nursing education departments.
Built by a nurse educator who spent years rebuilding the same evidence by hand. So she built the tool.
I've spent over a decade in the emergency department at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, working with patients in psychiatric crisis, from adolescents to adults. I've also worked in inpatient eating disorder units, community mental health clinics, and residential programs for deaf and developmentally disabled students. These experiences taught me something crucial: the difference between adequate care and exceptional care comes down to one thing, how well we connect with our patients.
Now, as an Assistant Professor in a nursing program, I see talented students do well on clinical skills and exams, but struggle with something harder to teach and even harder to assess: therapeutic communication, empathy, and presence. Traditional simulation is great for procedures and protocols, but communication is rarely assessed with the same rigor.
That's why I created NurseKind AI. Every nursing student deserves real feedback on how they communicate, how they show empathy, and how they build trust with patients, before they walk into their first real clinical situation. Artificial intelligence can help us give every student personalized, objective feedback on the skills that matter most. Not to replace human judgment, but to support it.
If you teach nursing and have ever wished you had more time to give meaningful feedback on student interactions, I'd love to talk with you. Book a demo and let's see whether it fits your program.
A US company, plain about it
Based in the United States
NurseKind AI is a US company, and your data is processed in the United States. Our subprocessors page shows where each vendor processes data.
Scored against your rubric
You write or upload the rubric, in the wording of your provincial regulator's entry-to-practice competencies if you like. The built-in rubric was written for US programs.
Built for how faculty teach
Created by a practicing psychiatric nurse practitioner and nurse educator. Every feature reflects the real constraints of clinical education: faculty member time, quality assurance reporting, and the difficulty of standardizing communication assessment.
Documentation on request
We provide a Data Processing Agreement and security documentation on request, for PIPEDA and your province's privacy and health information law.
Tell us where this is wrong for Canada.
If you teach nursing, run simulation, or work on accreditation or regulation in Canada, tell us what we have wrong. We want advisors and pilot partners here. Email hi@nursekindai.com or book a demo.
