Built by a nurse educator who spent years rebuilding the same programme evidence by hand
NurseKind AI scores each encounter against your rubric and links it to your outcomes as it happens, so the evidence is already there when programme monitoring is due.
Close the evidence gap
Most programmes can show that communication is in the curriculum, but few can show a scored, timestamped record of what a student actually said. NurseKind AI is that record: any recorded conversation, in the clinical skills lab, in simulation, or on placement, scored against your rubric and linked to your programme outcomes.
Tutors and lecturers set the standard. The platform documents it, without a tutor in the room for every encounter.
NurseKind AI serves undergraduate and postgraduate nursing programmes and hospital nursing education teams.
Built by a nurse educator who spent years rebuilding the same evidence by hand. So she built the tool.
I've spent over a decade in the emergency department at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, working with patients in psychiatric crisis, from adolescents to adults. I've also worked in inpatient eating disorder units, community mental health clinics, and residential programmes for deaf and developmentally disabled students. These experiences taught me something crucial: the difference between adequate care and exceptional care comes down to one thing, how well we connect with our patients.
Now, as an Assistant Professor in a nursing programme, I see talented students do well on clinical skills and exams, but struggle with something harder to teach and even harder to assess: therapeutic communication, empathy, and presence. Traditional simulation is great for procedures and protocols, but communication is rarely assessed with the same rigour.
That's why I created NurseKind AI. Every nursing student deserves real feedback on how they communicate, how they show empathy, and how they build trust with patients, before they walk into their first real clinical situation. Artificial intelligence can help us give every student personalised, objective feedback on the skills that matter most. Not to replace human judgement, but to support it.
If you teach nursing and have ever wished you had more time to give meaningful feedback on student interactions, I'd love to talk with you. Book a demo and let's see whether it fits your programme.
A US company, plain about it
Based in the United States
NurseKind AI is a US company, and your data is processed in the United States. Our subprocessors page shows where each vendor processes data.
Scored against your rubric
You write or upload the rubric, in the wording of the Nursing Council competencies for the registered nurse scope if you like. The built-in rubric was written for US programmes.
Built for how tutors and lecturers teach
Created by a practising psychiatric nurse practitioner and nurse educator. Every feature reflects the real constraints of clinical education: tutor time, quality assurance reporting, and the difficulty of standardising communication assessment.
Documentation on request
We provide a Data Processing Agreement and security documentation on request, for the Privacy Act 2020 and the Health Information Privacy Code.
